Wash and dry all produce. Halve @lime{2%unit} (halve one, cut other into wedges). Halve, peel, and dice @red onion{1} (diced). Halve and mince @jalapeno{1} (minced, remove ribs and seeds for less heat). Dice @roma tomato{2} (diced). Set aside ¼ tsp of @southwest spice blend{2%tbsp} in a #small bowl{} (we'll use the rest in step 3).

Heat 1 tbsp of @vegetable oil{2%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium heat. Add half the onion and half the jalapeno (use less to taste). Cook, tossing, until slightly softened, ~{2%minutes}.

Add @pulled pork{20%oz}, remaining southwest spice, and @water{¼%cup} to the pan, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon. Cook, stirring, until combined and warmed through, ~{3%minutes}.

Drain and rinse @black beans{31%oz} from container using a #strainer{}. Place in a #medium bowl{} along with tomato and remaining onion and jalapeno (to taste). Squeeze in juice from 2 lime halves. Season generously with @salt{} and @pepper{}. Toss to combine.

Wrap @flour tortillas{12%unit} in a damp paper towel and microwave on high until warm and soft, ~{30%seconds}. Meanwhile, add @sour cream{8%tbsp} to #small bowl{} with reserved ¼ tsp Southwest spice and stir to combine.

Divide pulled pork between tortillas, then sprinkle each with @cheddar cheese{1%cup}. Divide tacos between plates, then add salsa to the side. Serve with sour cream for dolloping and lime wedges for squeezing over. TIP: Break out the hot sauce if you like it spicy.
